Brief

Being a large portal with all action oriented responses and lots of information the district website of a large organization like Rotary had to be quick, easy and fluid to use for its elite members. The client wanted access for information to be easily uploaded and also visible quickly on the site.

The Solution

The entire homepage canvas was laid with blocks of important information and user action items. With an event happening almost every day with numerous number of clubs, it was important to showcase the present and past of the event. So Projects and its statistical data was given a very prime block area called "Rotary Club Projects" on the homepage. What is more important is that the stats automatically reflect the numbers that are being updated at the backend by its members.

While the district directory is already a sub-site in the format of detailed member information, it was essential to also allow user access to privileged district information which otherwise would have been reached to them sometime later. Being a very dynamic site, the homepage is constantly being updated and information fed at real time.
